Br., in the midst of the unique natural landscape of the UNESCO - biosphere area Black Forest the new building project health resort Black Forest Luisenhöhe is created. A modern Resorthotel; which will offer with 63 rooms and 20 Suiten its guests on a high plateau at the west slope of the Schauinsland massif in 600 m height with a breath-robbing 270° panorama view as well as habitats to the well-being feeling and living worlds for a lasting healthy life-style. In the process, a multifaceted offer for an extraordinary health and nature experience will be created at this special natural energy location.

We are looking for you – a face of the hotel who will greet and welcome our guests. Over 100 years of hospitality at the Luisenhöhe will enter a new era with you and us. You should enjoy varied work, be enthusiastic about this special place, and enjoy communicating with guests and colleagues. Our bellboy team is responsible not only for greeting guests, but also for accompanying them to their rooms, providing initial explanations and tours of the hotel, ensuring a pleasant arrival at Luisenhöhe, and fulfilling special requests. Close cooperation with the reception and service team and constant contact with guests offer you a great deal of variety.

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you already have practical experience in dealing with a demanding clientele
  • You have good English skills, good German skills would be an advantage
  • You value perfect manners, are conscientious, and always act in a guest-oriented manner
  • You have a Class B driver's license
  • You have a sense of cleanliness, order, and hygiene
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience
  • You enjoy working as part of a motivated team
  • Warm friendliness and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you

Your tasks:

  • Welcoming and saying goodbye to our hotel guests
  • Close cooperation with the concierge and front office team
  • Supporting housekeeping in public areas (foyer, outdoor areas)
  • Various errands for our guests and internal departments
  • Parking for guests' cars
  • Shuttle service for guests
  • Luggage service for guests
  • Can provide information about the Luisenhöhe company and the surrounding area
